Surveyor's Toolkit

Mobile-ready parcel area, traverse closure, COGO, leveling, curve, slope, and stationing tools with visual checks and field-oriented calculations.

Parcel project

Land Area + Traverse + Subdivision

One parcel state with synchronized Coordinates, Bearing, and Azimuth representations, closure diagnostics, image overlays, subdivision, save/load, and reporting.

Compact quadrant bearing input: N/S, degrees, minutes, seconds, E/W, then distance.

Parcel subdivision

Split the parcel with a straight north–south or east–west line to reach a target percentage or target area.

This is a geometric planning aid. Legal subdivision still requires applicable surveying, access, zoning, monumentation, and approval requirements.

State behavior. Bearing and Azimuth are two views of the same course observations. Switching to Coordinates shows the current adjusted parcel while preserving those observations; editing a coordinate makes the coordinate polygon authoritative. Save and Project file export preserve the complete current state, including representation, raw course observations, overlays and their transforms, subdivision settings, and report metadata.

Results are calculation aids. Confirm units, instrument conventions, field observations, control data, and applicable professional requirements before using values for survey deliverables or setting-out work.
