FW00 — Model Fieldwork Data Record

This model demonstrates the required organization and documentation quality. Its observations are illustrative; actual submissions must use the group's original, unaltered field records.

B — Google Maps Location Points

Point / AreaMap RecordPurpose / Limitation
Survey work areaVerified Google Maps pin and WGS84 coordinates required in the actual submissionGeographic context only; not survey control
ST-01, TP-01, ST-02Assumed local coordinates listed in Section IVEngineering record; not geodetic or cadastral coordinates

No fictional map pin is assigned to this illustrative dataset. The actual group report must insert the verified work-area link and coordinates captured at the site.

V — Computations and Assumptions

Mean distance:

D‾=46.164+46.1622=46.163 m\overline{D}=\frac{46.164+46.162}{2}=46.163\text{ m}

Repeat discrepancy and relative agreement:

ΔD=∣46.164−46.162∣=0.002 m\Delta D=|46.164-46.162|=0.002\text{ m} Relative agreement=46.1630.002=23,081.5≈1:23,100\text{Relative agreement}=\frac{46.163}{0.002}=23{,}081.5\approx 1:23{,}100

Assumptions and limitations:

  • Coordinates are an assumed local reference and are not geodetic or cadastral.
  • Both raw runs are retained; neither reading replaces the other.
  • The result is a repeatability check only. Activity-specific tape corrections and tolerances remain separate requirements.
  • Values are rounded to the precision supported by the recorded observations.

VI — Remarks and Conclusions

A — Remarks

  • Measurement was suspended whenever pedestrians approached the tape.
  • Student E was absent, so Student F was reassigned after the safety role remained covered.
  • The incomplete PPE condition was corrected before active fieldwork began.
  • No raw reading was erased or overwritten.
  • The active crossing and slight slope are probable sources of setup and alignment error.

B — Conclusion

The two independent runs produced a mean measured distance of 46.163 m, a repeat discrepancy of 0.002 m, and approximate relative agreement of 1:23,100. The record demonstrates the required traceability, safety documentation, and six-section Fieldwork output structure.
