The current CELE structure is:

• PSAD — 35%: Day 1, 8:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M.
• MSTE — 35%: Day 2, 8:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.
• HPGE — 30%: Day 2, 2:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Build the review tracker around the official PRC TOS rather than around a commercial reviewer's table of contents.

Take short diagnostic sets across the official competencies and classify each topic:

• Strong: correct method and stable accuracy;
• Fragile: familiar but inconsistent;
• Weak: incomplete concept or method;
• Unknown: not yet studied.

Allocate time by both exam weight and weakness. A 35% subject that is already strong may need less repair time than a 30% subject with severe foundational gaps.

For weak topics, do not jump immediately to shortcuts. Rebuild:

• definitions and physical meaning;
• governing equations;
• assumptions and limitations;
• units and sign conventions;
• standard diagrams;
• code navigation where applicable; and
• one clean worked solution from first principles.

Only after the method is stable should calculator acceleration or pattern recognition be added.

Use retrieval practice and spaced review:

• write formulas from memory;
• solve without viewing the worked solution;
• revisit topics after delays;
• mix related methods;
• maintain an error log; and
• re-solve previous errors until the failure mode disappears.

A finished reviewer is not the objective. Reliable recall and method selection under time pressure are.

Run timed subject blocks in the current order. Track:

• questions attempted;
• correct answers;
• time per item;
• skipped items;
• calculator-entry errors;
• unit/sign errors;
• conceptual misses; and
• fatigue-related mistakes.

The purpose is to improve decision-making, not merely to collect mock scores.

Choose an exact CELE-compliant calculator model early and practice on the same model. Do not train around the Casio fx-991EX or Casio fx-570 ES Plus as if they were current CE-approved defaults: the former is not listed in the current CE-specific annex and the latter is expressly removed by Resolution No. 05 (s. 2024).

Any model can work if it produces:

• current TOS coverage;
• technically correct materials;
• independent problem solving;
• frequent feedback;
• realistic timed assessments; and
• a mechanism for fixing weak areas.

Do not select a provider solely from testimonials, topnotcher marketing, or claims that it can predict the board examination.

Shift from expansion to reliability:

• stop adding low-priority new material unless it closes a critical gap;
• revisit the error log;
• practice high-frequency formulas and code navigation;
• perform a small number of full or near-full timed simulations;
• stabilize sleep and wake time;
• recheck current PRC logistics and calculator rules; and
• taper workload before the actual examination.

There is no evidence-based requirement to stop all studying exactly 24 hours before the examination; choose a light final routine that protects sleep and confidence.

Use deliberate passes:

1. answer direct, high-confidence items;
2. mark solvable but time-intensive items;
3. defer unclear items;
4. return using the remaining time budget;
5. check units, sign, magnitude, and answer transfer.

A difficult first question is not evidence about the difficulty of the entire paper.
