Current Regular CELE Cycle — September 2026
PRC's 2026 examination schedule lists the next regular Civil Engineers Licensure Examination on September 26 and 27, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday). The application period opened June 11, 2026 and closed August 12, 2026. PRC lists October 2, 2026 as the target date for release of results.
As of this September 2026 audit, PRC has begun publishing room assignments for the September 26–27 CELE. Examinees must use the official room-assignment page for their specific testing center and recheck it for later updates.
Standing Subject Order Effective Since March 2026
Board Resolution No. 01 (s. 2026) changed the CELE subject order beginning with the March 2026 examination. The standing sequence is:
Use the program issued for the actual examination cycle for exact reporting and subject times. The March 2026 program is useful for the rule change and subject structure, but it should not substitute for the September 2026 program when preparing for the September examination.
Application Requirements: Use the Live Civil Engineering Entry
The current PRC Civil Engineering requirements page lists for first-time applicants:
- PSA Birth Certificate;
- PSA Marriage Contract for married female applicants;
- TOR with scanned picture and the required “For Board Examination Purposes” remark;
- valid NBI Clearance;
- two Good Moral Character certificates from the permitted source categories; and
- the current PRC examination fee.
Do not add older registration-stage items to this list unless the live PRC filing instructions require them.
Calculator Compliance
The calculator is an examination-control item, not merely a study tool. For CELE, verify the exact model against the current CE-specific Board list. Resolution No. 05 (s. 2024) is the current CE-specific calculator resolution identified in this audit unless superseded by a later official issuance.
The current CE rules do not permit assuming that every non-programmable scientific calculator is acceptable.
What Must Be Rechecked for Every Cycle
Even when the subject order is stable, the following can change:
- examination dates;
- filing window;
- room assignment;
- reporting time;
- permitted/prohibited materials;
- attire or identification instructions;
- calculator inspection instructions;
- local testing-center notices; and
- post-examination registration/oathtaking instructions.

Civil Registry or Name Discrepancies
Do not assume that a mismatch among PSA records, TOR, IDs, or application data can be resolved by a generic workaround. Contact the responsible PRC Regional Office or the Board-facing application channel and follow the documented instruction for the specific discrepancy.
